What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Forms When you submit a customer support form, we collect your name and email to correspond with you. When you submit a form with data for opening a customer file, the same data is only used for billing purposes.

Google Analytics We use Google Analytics to track visitors on this site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this data. To comply with the new regulations, Google has included a data processing improvement. The data we collect will be processed anonymously and “data sharing” will be disabled. AJNET, S.A. attaches great importance to the protection of personal data and collects, processes, and uses it in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Reg. 2016/679 (EU), of April 27) and according to the principles mentioned below.

The Client’s personal data will be processed to the extent necessary to fully comply with AJNET, S.A.’s contractual and legal obligations, and the purposes of its processing are essentially as follows: Billing processing, including electronic invoicing; Paper and electronic document archiving; Collection and payments; Other purposes independent of these that may be communicated in due course.

The Client is informed that their personal data will be retained for a period of 1 (one) year after the termination of the contractual relationship, without prejudice to such period being extended for the time of any judicial process or any process that concludes before an administrative entity and the retention periods of documents imposed by legal provisions, namely labor, fiscal, and contributory legislation.

The Client is informed that they have the right to access their personal data and that concern them, as well as their rectification and erasure. If applicable, they may request the restriction of processing and exercise their right to object to data portability.

The Client has the right to lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority: National Data Protection Commission.

Without prejudice to the verification of other applicable conditions and legitimacies, the Client authorizes the recording, organization, conservation, consultation, use, and communication of the personal data provided to AJNET, S.A.

The Client is informed of the right to withdraw their consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out when the processing is based solely on the consent previously given, regarding a specific purpose.

The Client declares to acknowledge and accept, committing to respect, all internal operating rules and internal policies in force, approved by AJNET, S.A.

Furthermore, it is informed that AJNET, S.A. has implemented digital signature and, therefore, all documents are digitally signed with a certified signature.
